Remember to regularly change your CQUniversity password

Students and staff can update their password anytime using CQUniversity’s online Password Services System.

The Password Services System is available from http://password.cqu.edu.au and can be used by students and staff to self sufficiently change and reset their CQUniversity password.

For anyone using the Password Services System for the first time, go to http://password.cqu.edu.au and select “Update/Set Personal Questions”. For security purposes, students and staff will need to enter 6 different question and answer combinations about themselves (i.e. information that is not commonly available) and click “Set”.

Once these questions have been saved in the Password Services System, students and staff will be able to change their passwords. The system is also useful if anyone ever forgets their password as they can reset it themselves online.
