New online courses to be available from Term 1, 2010
From the start of Term 1, 2010 all of CQUniversity’s online courses will be available from a new system called Moodle instead of using Blackboard or Webfuse.
Some students may already be familiar with Moodle as a total of 69 online courses have participated or are currently involved with one of CQUniversity’s two Moodle pilots. The pilots were held during Term 2 and again in Term 3, 2009 to test Moodle and seek feedback from students and staff.
During Term 1, 2010 students will be able to access all of their online courses by logging into the MyCQU Student Portal at http://mycqu.cqu.edu.au.
CQUniversity’s Student Guide to Moodle is also available and provides students with information on how to use the different activities found in their online Moodle courses.
For further information students can enter the word ‘Moodle’ in the CQUniANSWERS search bar. Alternatively you can contact the ITD Service Centre at servicedesk@cqu.edu.au.
