NEW! Students and staff can request IT support online

The new IT Service Desk Online is now available for CQUniversity students and staff to submit and update any technical requests or enquiries they report to the ITD Service Centre.

The ITD Service Centre is available to provide technical support and assistance to all CQUniversity students and staff. While they can still be contacted by phone, fax and email, the Service Centre is now using the IT Service Desk Online to record and keep track of all IT requests and enquiries.

Some of the benefits with using the IT Service Desk Online are that students and staff have the option to easily:


  1. Submit an online request to the ITD Service Centre,
  2. View the request’s status,
  3. Modify the request’s details, or
  4. Cancel the request if the issue has been resolved.
