Since introducing Employee Self Service Online (ESSO), staff at CQUniversity have saved over 9500 pieces of paper just in automating our leave approvals process.
Assuming that each staff member would have previously used 3 pieces of paper during their leave application, we now save a conservative estimate of $100 thousand in manual processing!
The speed of online leave approvals is also record breaking with 65% of all transactions entered, approved in the system for payment within the same day.
