Nominate a GREAT Moodle Course Site now!

CQUniversity is seeking nominations from students and staff to help identify the University’s Ten Best Moodle Course Sites for Term 1, 2010.

For any students and staff that have been using Moodle this term, we want YOUR nominations to help identify which online Moodle course sites YOU thought best supported student learning at CQUniversity.

It's REALLY EASY to nominate a Moodle course...
Nominations for CQUniversity's Ten Best Moodle Course Sites will close on Monday 7 June 2010 and all nominations will remain anonymous.

The specific criteria being used to assess these Moodle Course nominations are:
  1. Clearly articulated objectives and expectations.
  2. An easily navigable website.
  3. A course structure that facilitates collaborative learning.
  4. Assignments and activities that facilitate participation and communication among students.
  5. Timely feedback for students from the Instructor.
  6. An appropriate use of technologies to enhance learning.
  7. A discussion space for learners to talk openly about the course (expectations, uncertainty, what they like, dislike, their participation, progress etc).
Once CQUniversity’s Ten Best Moodle Course Sites have been identified, they will be acknowledged on the site with a “Best Moodle Course Site” plaque and presented as exemplars to the wider University community.
