IT Service Improvements recognised by Students and Staff

Over the past 18 months there has been a focus to expand CQUniversity’s IT services and support.

To help identify areas that needed improvement, CQUniversity took part in an independent IT Client Service Quality Survey during 2008 and 2009.

Staff Survey Results:

  • 2008 – CQUniversity was ranked 21st out of 24 participating universities;
  • 2009 – CQUniversity ranked 5th out of 24 universities.
Student Survey Results:
  • 2008 – CQUniversity was ranked 13th out of 13 participating universities;
  • 2009 – CQUniversity ranked 3rd out of 10 participating universities.
Thank you to all of the students and staff that participated in each of these surveys. The feedback has been significant in supporting CQUniversity’s IT Service Improvement Program.

With a continued focus on developing the University’s IT services and technical support, preparations are underway to seek further student and staff feedback throughout 2010.
