To help identify areas that needed improvement, CQUniversity took part in an independent IT Client Service Quality Survey during 2008 and 2009.
Staff Survey Results:
- 2008 – CQUniversity was ranked 21st out of 24 participating universities;
- 2009 – CQUniversity ranked 5th out of 24 universities.
- 2008 – CQUniversity was ranked 13th out of 13 participating universities;
- 2009 – CQUniversity ranked 3rd out of 10 participating universities.
With a continued focus on developing the University’s IT services and technical support, preparations are underway to seek further student and staff feedback throughout 2010.
