What's New? The CQUniversity Telephone Directory has been upgraded

Just in case you missed the Help Desk email distributed Friday 29th August 2008; the information held in the CQUniversity Telephone Directory has been upgraded. To our knowledge the details provided in the Directory are significantly complete and accurate reflecting current Faculty and Divisional structures.

It is also important to let you know that the internal extension number for the CQUniversity's Rockhampton switchboard is now ext 9777 (ext 399 is no longer valid).

To ensure your CQUniversity telephone details are correct we ask you take the time to validate that your name corresponds with your internal extension phone number, and that you are listed in the correct part of the organisation.

To validate your Internal Extension Telephone Number:
1. Open the CQUniversity Telephone Directory
2. Type your name in the search bar located in the top left corner of the directory's web page. You can either type your:
- First name
- Surname
- Or both your first and surname
3. Once you have located your name in the directory you need to ensure your internal extension contact phone number, located in right column, and your department are correct.
4. In the event your extension number or department is either incorrect or you are not listed on the CQUniversity Telephone Directory you need to contact, the ITD Service Centre (details below).

In conjunction with CQUniversity's Telephone Directory upgrade, a new switchboard has been implemented and our switchboard operators have also undergone relevant training.
