In late 2007, ITD asked its customers to provide us with feedback so that we could grasp an understanding on how to improve the services we provide.
Of all the feedback, the number one suggestion that you advised was that we needed to produce more collaborative and informative communications.
On this basis, ITD is trialling Blog technology as a mechanism to communicate and engage with all our clients on a regular basis.
CQUniTECHNOLOGY, will be used to inform CQUniversity of upcoming developments, ITD projects, future plans, general news from the division, user tips and staff information. It will also provide an interactive, two-way communication medium for our customers to provide feedback.
