New CQUniTECHNOLOGY website is now available

CQUniTECHNOLOGY” is the name of CQUniversity’s new IT services website.

This website focuses on the IT services and resources available to CQUniversity students and staff.

Increased online IT support for Students

For immediate answers and 24/7 online IT support, CQUniversity students are encouraged to use the CQUniANSWERS knowledgebase. CQUniANSWERS is available on each page of the
CQUniTECHNOLOGY website. Simply enter a question or keyword in the CQUniANSWERS search bar and browse through the answers.

If students are still unsure or would like further information, they can submit a question in the Answer Wizard found on the CQUniANSWERS search results screen. Note: Students must include their contact details when using CQUniversity’s Answer Wizard. This will enable University staff to reply personally to any student enquiries.

New online resources available for Staff

CQUniversity staff can now also request IT services online. For example, staff can easily:
  • Submit an ISL video conference booking online. This form enables staff to arrange an ISL video conference. Video conferences can be established between CQUniversity campuses and/ or external off campus locations.

  • Make an AV equipment booking online. This form is used to request the delivery and assembly (i.e. the setup) of Audio Visual (AV) equipment as required on campus. Staff may also use this form to submit an AV equipment booking on behalf of their students.
