Clean-Up of CQUniversity’s Shared “Theatre” Directories

CQUniversity’s shared "theatre" file storage directories are commonly used by staff to store and access content required for presentations and lectures.

Due to the large number of files currently stored in this location, it is necessary that ITD remove the content in preparation for Term 1 2009.

From 5:00pm Monday 9 February 2009 ITD will be erasing all files currently stored in the shared “theatre” file storage directories.

Action Item

• If you have any files stored in these directories that you would like to maintain, please copy them to an alternative location before 5.00pm on Monday 9 February 2009.

The shared “theatre” directories will be available again for use after 8am on Tuesday 10 February 2009.

• If required, staff can return files to the shared directories after 8am on Tuesday 10 February 2009.

Staff can access the shared “theatre” directories through the following:

1. Windows PC and Mac OS/X users, the shared directory is called \\rokfile\theatre, in the CQU domain.
2. Mac OS 9 users, the shared directory is called \\ametrine\theatre.
